From what I learned, you will be able to withdraw your money through Payoneer. You may also choose to redeem the points you earn from the website through Gift cards.

It is advisable to keep updating your profile so as to meet the requirement of the current job opportunities on the website and also to receive a notification when there is a job that matches your profile.
This platform is very quite different from the normally paid survey site or GPT site because the task here can be very tasking. But remember, the more difficult a task is, the more money you will receive in your Payoneer account.
Most of the tasks on this platform depend on the country you are from. With the look of things, it may be similar to that survey site. Most of the tasks will be targeted at countries such as the USA, the UK, Canada and Australia. But according to the site, all countries have a chance to make money from the platform. And you will need to search and apply for the task available in your country only.
The minimum cashout requirement on Teemwork.ai, as of writing this Payoneer paying app and survey sites, is $20. I believe the tasks here will be high paying tasks which may be why the minimum withdrawal is so high.
